My pick-up was missed, what do I do?
Sometimes it can be impossible to pick up your trash or recyclables. Often this is because of a car blocking your container or dumpster, no foreman on a job site or some unforeseen event. Please call us as soon as possible to let us know. Our drivers will notify dispatch about any missed stops, and more than likely we will have already called you. We will return the same day or the following day to service you.
