- Is your service available 24 hours a day?
Typically no. However, some situations are unique. We are flexible and will work with you to suit your needs. Please let us know what level of service you seek and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Do you give discounts or offer coupons for discounts?
We feel our rates are competitive; however, if your project requires multiple dumpsters, sometimes we can offer discounted rates.
- Do you provide Food and/or Organic Waste Services?
Not at this time for permanent trash service, but we can provide open-top roll-off dumpsters for temporary organics removal.
- What days of the week can you provide service?
Monday through Saturday
- Can I set up auto payments?
Yes. Please visit our bill pay page to set this up.
- What are the surcharges?

- What is included with demolition service?
Depending on the scale of your demo project, we will supply wrecking equipment, dumpsters, and hauling as part of your comprehensive demolition solution
- How do I get my trash or recycling container replaced?
Often containers and dumpsters need replacing, sometimes fixing. Please contact us in the event your dumpster or container is damaged or missing.
- How do I start new services?

- How do I reactivate service?
Please call one of our offices for assistance.
- Need demolition services, commercial or residential?

- Can I place my account on vacation hold?
Certainly. Please be sure to contact us ahead of time so we can prorate your bill and notify our dispatch of your hold on service.
- How do I transfer services?
We will be happy to transfer waste removal service to your name or address. Please contact us with your updated information. Often we will request a W-9 with your taxpayer ID.

Change name or billing information – Often a business is sold and the new owners wish to continue with the same waste service and schedule. We welcome your business and invite you to call us with your information.
